Product Function
¡úFRST100/2000 floating ring seal abrasion tester is used to test the wear condition of the floating oil seal assembly during the rotating process, test the running-in period of the floating seal and study and assess the durability of the floating seal.
¡úInstall a pair of floating oil seal components on the testing machine in the normal installation form, and realize relative rotation under the condition of lubricating oil injection. The floating seal seat is placed on the left and right and one end rotate, the other end is applied by axial load. With fully-closed detachable floating seal seat sandbox, simulating oil, gas, water, dust, clay sand and other working conditions to ensure no leakage of oil, gas, water, dust and clay sand during the rotating test.
