1 important function

1) Test and research for combination property with high strength self locking bolt, nylon self locking nut, floating self locking nut, spring self locking nut, stainless self locking nut, titanium alloy self locking nut, pressing point self locking nut, radial/horizontal locking nut, special type of locking nut.

2) Aluminium alloy nut and copper nut without tightening moment of force, specification of nut less than 4mm without tightening moment of force.

2 test item

1) Test for tightening moment force, cycling locking property(≥1500 times), nut tightening moment of force, Max. Tightening moment of force, Min. Tightening moment of force, installing moment of force.

2) Unscrewing test, Min. Unscrewing moment of force, pushing out test, permanent deformation.

3) Test for effective moment of force, torque -- tightening test, tightening force, yielded tightening force, limited tightening force, fastening torque, yielded fastening torque, limited fastening torque, tightening torque, torque.

4) Test screw thread torque, torque of friction of supporting surface, coefficient of torque.
