1 important function

1) Wire single direction torsion test: wire winded along axial direction for 360° is defined as one time of torsion, and torsion to specifed times until breaking.

2) Wire reverse torsion test: wire winded along axial direction for 360° is defined as one time of torsion, winded for same number of times along another direction until breaking.

3) Wire wrapping test: wire wrapped on specified diameter of mandrel for specified number of circles, and special procedure of wrapping, losening and re-wrapping.

4) Wire wrapping test.

5) Simple, reverse torsion and wrapping test and research with metallic wire, nonmetallic wire, compounding material, bare wire, round and special shape of cross section of conductor.

11) Wrapping and twining test with nominal diameter and thickness of 0.1mm -- 10.0mm metallic, copper, aluminium and its alloy, special cross section conductor and compounding material.

12) Twining specific number of circle along specific diameter mandrel.

13) Repeated wrapping test and once wrapping test.

14) Zincing layer adhesiveness test.
