The 300 kN rail underboard static stiffness test is used to determine the static stiffness of the P7 rail underboard. The maximum and minimum vertical displacements of the underboard under the maximum and minimum loads were determined by applying vertical loads to the underboard of the HRJ 300kN static stiffness tester, and the static stiffness of the underboard was calculated. |
