Revising Law of Metric to Solving Key Problem and Outstanding Contradiction,

Reflecting four combining:

1.   Organic combining of marketing adjusting and managing of gouvernment. Government can not interfer that adjusted by market competing and decided by citizen and legal peson. Government should strengthen researching and improving of supervise, providing guarantee for development of metric market fairly and ordered.

2.   Organic combining of supervision of measuring instrument and measuring result, giving more attention to regulating and managing of meaesuring result, taking measuring instrument and result on the same position, and taking produce of result and using into supervision.

3.   Organic combining of international regulation and our national reality, looking for our reality of measuring, referring to external universal supervising and managing institution of measuring and regulation accepted by international, adopting new idea of international.

4.   Organic combining of changing of law and reforming. Adjusting unsuitalbe for reality, taking mature experience and practice to be law, persisting in keeping up with time, and prospecting in the future, keeping space of reformation and development.
