Testing item:
1 Taking two test-pieces, balancing weight of free end ≤ 5% of loading of tension fracture,
2 diameter of dabber = diameter of hard aluminium,
3 winding testing: 60r/min, winding 8 circles, backing off 6 circles, and winding again, observing changing of surface of hard aluminium to keep it no fracture.
4 It is suitable for metal wire material, copper, aluminium and alloy of these two and wire of composite material of diameter between 0.1mm and 10.0mm.
