testing content:

• Torsion testing≤60r/min, space between clamper ≥500mm
• Winding testing , testing of adhesive property for Zinc-coated tier: winding 8 rings at speed of 15r/min.
• Steel wire: Φ≤3.50mm, core shaft=4D；
• Steel wire:Φ＞3.50mm，core shaft=5D；

Special instruction:

•  torsion testing machine for wire material, winding testing machine for wire material, testing machine for adhesive properties of Zinc-coated wire material
• Length of sample = 100 times of external diameter of steel wire
• Metal wire material, copper, aluminium, and alloy of these two, composite wire material of diameter between Ф0.1 and Ф10.0mm.
