变压器储油柜耐压变形自动检测试验平台,采用高精度激光位移传感器测量波纹管储油柜在正压力、抽真空过程中变压器外壳钢板实时变形量,压力表检测数据和激光测量数据同步传至控制器,测控系统对压力数据和变形数据进行耦合,给出几何量数据关系。实时绘制压力-时间曲线,变形量-时间曲线,在软件界面上直观展示储油柜打压试漏过程中的压力和变形情况。
→自动计算压力波动率,最大变形量位置及变化趋势。自动生成PDF报告,涵盖关键数据图表,合格性判定。
→正压泄压检测,气压逐级加压0.03MPa,0.05MPa, 0.1MPa, 0.05MPa, 0.03MPa,同时采集19点的变形量。对逐点气压值、变形量进行数据耦合,分析比对压力变形对应关系。
→50Pa真空值分界点测量,在抽真空负压过程中,逐级测量压力-变形对应数据。达到设定值保压一定时间测量稳定度。超出50Pa达到设计变形量和耐压时长数据检测,恢复状况。
→长度测量范围1500mm-8000mm;宽度测量范围650mm-1600mm;高度测量范围1200mm-1800mm
→高低压力范围-0.05MPa~+0.1MPa;采样周期小于100ms,
→高刚性测距支架,精密导轨滑块组合,遥控调整,定位精准,快捷无阻力。
