金属材料面摩擦磨损试验是在实验室条件下,模拟材料表面相对滑动时的摩擦与损耗过程,用于定量评估材料的耐磨性能、摩擦系数及磨损机理的核心测试,广泛用于材料研发、工艺优化和质量控制。为材料选型、表面强化、涂层热处理、润滑方案提供数据依据。
