100kN缓冲垫板动静刚度疲劳测试系统,依据GB/T38695-2020 城市轨道交通无砟轨道技术条件/附录F静刚度附录G/动刚度/附录H疲劳性能),Q/CR785-2020高速铁路CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道橡胶弹性缓冲垫层,附录B弹性垫层疲劳试验方法。
→以恒定频率向CRTS Ⅲ型弹性缓冲垫层试样(尺寸100mmx60mm)施加垂向循环荷载,经过3x106次荷载循环后,测定CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层的永久变形和静刚度变化率。
→向加载钢板施加2kN~42kN垂向循环荷载,加载频率4±1Hz,荷载循环3x106次。
→CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层3x106次荷载循环试验后,将被测弹性垫层试样取出。在23±2.0℃环境中静置24h。
→在疲劳前原测量位置测量被测弹性垫层试样厚度,取平均值作为疲劳后被测弹性垫层试样的厚度,按公式计算疲劳后厚度变化率。按公式计算疲劳后刚度变化率。
