→以恒定频率向CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层试样(尺寸为100mmx60mm)施加垂向循环荷载,经过3x106次荷载循环后,测定CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层的永久变形和静刚度变化率。
→向加载钢板施加5kN~25kN垂向循环荷载,加载频率4±1Hz,荷载循环3x106次。
→CRTS Ⅲ型弹性垫层3x106次荷载循环试验后,将被测弹性垫层试样取出。在23±2.0℃环境中静置24h。
→在疲劳前原测量位置测量被测弹性垫层试样厚度,取平均值作为疲劳后被测弹性垫层试样的厚度,按公式计算疲劳后厚度变化率。
→按照附录A的试验方法进行静刚度测试,测得疲劳后刚度,按公式计算疲劳后刚度变化率。
→CRTS Ⅲ弹性垫层疲劳试验机荷载30kN。疲劳试验空间≥200mm,位移变形0.01mm。
