重要试验:
→测试浮动油封环组件在低温工况、高温环境、高低温交变工况下运转跑合的腐蚀与磨损程度,考核浮动油封在强化条件下使用可靠性程度。研究评定浮动油封耐久性能和工作寿命。
→将浮动油封组件按照正常安装形式安装到试验机上,并在注入润滑油的状态下实现相对转动,浮封座为左右组对放置,一端回转,一端轴向加载。同时设定温度交变循环模式,模拟浮动油封在高低温环境下磨损性能、密封性能。
→浮封环组件旋转扭矩试验,轴向加载力试验:实时扭矩测试、载荷测试、轴向力位移控制,绘制扭矩-时间曲线,轴力-扭矩曲线,试验力-位移曲线,高低温-时间曲线。
→浮动油封偏移加载试验;浮封角度偏移加载试验;浮封偏轴偏移加载试验;浮封角度偏移加载和偏轴偏移加载组合试验;浮动油封跑合磨损偏轴偏移1.5mm,摆动角度偏移量0.5°~5°。
→浮封环组件润滑油滴漏实时监控:试验过程发生润滑油滴漏,自动弹窗报警,自动停机并记录试验时长。
→浮封环温度实时监测:多点监测浮封环温度和润滑油温度,超温弹窗报警,自动停机并记录试验时长。
系统构成:
浮动油封冷热交变高低温工况磨损性能测试系统,由浮动油封跑合磨损水平荷载推进系统,高速旋转驱动系统,红外温度监测系统,摩擦运行温度恒定系统,润滑油滴漏监控测量判断系统,润滑油自动加注系统,高低温环境箱,HRJ-Test浮动油封跑合磨损泄漏性能软件系统。
→试验过程的自动控制、数据采集、处理、分析、存储及显示。
→过程再现和数据再分析、曲线放大、比较遍历;曲线可自由放大和缩小;满度自调。
