GB/T 21839-2019预应力混凝土用钢材应力腐蚀试验：6个钢材试件用于应力腐蚀试验，测定钢材在一恒定拉力情况下，浸在给定的恒定温度的硫氰酸盐溶液中直至断裂时所用的时间。HRJ Tester刚性机架试验机，载荷作用于封闭框架的水平方向。时间测量装置0.01h分辨率，自动控制、停止、保留、记录断裂时间，精确度±0.1h。HRJ Tester；圆柱形溶液腐蚀容器，进口容器材料耐高温、耐腐蚀，两端紧密封闭，无泄漏，保证无空气进入。试样直径≤19mm，试验容器内径＞70mm，试样直径19＜d≤50mm，试验容器内径＞100mm。
50kN～1000kN钢材应力腐蚀试验机，浸在溶液中钢材应力腐蚀试样长度Le＞200mm，至少50mm长的部分应用涂漆等防止腐蚀的方法进行防护。HRJ Tester；每次测试时溶液都要重新更换，试验溶液预先加热到50℃～55温度，再注入容器中。溶液体积应保证沿着试样长度每平方厘米表面有5mL。溶液填充应在1min内完成，然后计时装置开始计时t0。测试中溶液不能循环流动。
钢材应力腐蚀试验，在时间t0到（t0+5）min内，对于钢丝及钢绞线溶液的温度应调整到（50±1）℃；对于钢棒溶液温度应调整到（50±2）℃；在试验中温度应保持在相应温度范围内。HRJ Tester；在试样发生断裂或达到规定时间时，试验被认为完成。jnshiyanji.com；在测试钢绞线时，当钢丝发生断裂时试验终止。如果试样的断裂发生在测试长度L0以外，试验判定无效。
