1000kN鋼絞線偏斜拉伸試驗機，測定12.5～28.6mm鋼絞線20°偏斜拉斷力。將鋼絞線試樣固定在與芯軸成20°的偏斜裝置上進行軸向拉伸試驗，加載速度30MPa/s～60MPa/s，保持到鋼絞線試樣斷裂，來確定鋼絞線最大力的縮減系數D，取5根鋼絞線平均值。無效試驗情況下，至少取10根鋼絞線試樣。
偏斜拉伸鋼絞線試樣L1=（700±50）mm，L2≥750mm，a=20°±0.5°。HRJ Tester；偏斜拉伸芯軸軸線應與活動夾具、固定夾具和芯軸中心組成的平面相垂直，芯軸硬度58HRC～62HRC。
