WCFT1200kN井蓋壓力疲勞試驗機測試系統是JAW-1000kN/200kN電液伺服井蓋壓力疲勞試驗機升級換代産品。采用安全環保方便快捷的全新設計理念,在井蓋壓力試驗過程和井蓋疲勞試驗過程,滿足BS EN 124-2015,AS NZS 3396-2019,EN 1433,JIS A5337,CJ/T511-2017最新國際標准和中國標准。符合BSI英國標准協會,CEN歐洲標准化委員會對井蓋制品檢驗檢測規定。
WCFT1200kN井蓋壓力疲勞試驗機測試系統用于A15B125C250D400E600F900系列井蓋承載力和井蓋動態疲勞性能試驗檢測。完成各類型檢查井蓋、溝蓋板人孔蓋、水篦排排水板、鋼格板格柵及框架等井蓋承載力試驗、井蓋裂縫載荷試驗、井蓋壓力循環試驗、井蓋破壞載荷試驗、井蓋殘留變形檢測、井蓋撓度檢測,360°井蓋裂縫寬度全範圍檢測。1.2倍高剛性井蓋載荷試驗機架。HRJ井蓋壓力荷載疲勞循環試驗測控軟件。
