Microcomputer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine
1.This series machine is developed and manufactured according to GB/T228-2008 Tensile Test Method for Metallic Materials at Room Temperature, It adopts electronic measurement and can automatically calculate such parameters as Fs, Fsu, Fsl, Fp0.2, Fb, Rp0.2, Rr, Rt0.5, Rel, ReH, Rm, E etc. It also can automatically process test data and print test reports. It satisfies the standards: Metal Compression GB7314-87, Metal Bending GB/T232-1999 and Metal Shearing testing standard. The test data is managed by Access database, which can be output to Excel form.
2.The upper beam and the lower workbench are connected by four columns to form the portal frame structure. The AC servo motor imported from Japan and server are installed under the workbench and through imported precise low noise speed reducer and synchronous gear belt mechanism, it can drive the precision double ball leading screw to rotate around the workbench and the upper beam. By rotating to drive the middle beam which is equipped with tensile and compression accessories to move up and down to load to the sample stably. It can realize a large range (0.05-250mm/min) adjustment to test speed and can make tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling and tearing tests for metallic and nonmetallic spare parts. The test process is stable, low noise and efficient. Its shell is sprayed with gray plastics, with nice appearance.
3.Adopting full digital three closed-loop control technology to realize the constant speed control to displacement, test force and strain. It has function of test force point setting freely and maintenance.
4.It adopts microcomputer control to complete test parameters setting, test process control, data collection, processing, analysis and display with control and measurement precise, accurate, quick, convenient and intelligent. Connected externally with microcomputer and equipped with Windows2000/XP special software for electronic universal testing machine, it can make statistical processing to test data and print various test curves and reports according national standard and as users’ requirements.
5.The moving speed of the beam can be adjusted when clamping the sample, flexibly to operate, switching freely.
6.After the test, it can automatically return to original position, intelligent, high efficient, quick.
7.It has strong functions of limit position protection to any working position, overload and overcurrent protection, reliable, safe.
8.It has strong self-built test database and the data can be saved, inquired and recalled any time.
9.It can realize constant speed control to test force, stress, deformation, strain, stroke, load, extension, displacement and low cycle control.
10. It can switch among various testing curves, such as stress-strain curve, load-deformation curve, load-displacement curve, load-time curve, deformation-time curve, displacement –time curve, load-strain curve. It has functions of partial enlargement, superposition and comparison of test curves.
