飞机轮对跑道交变冲击荷载耐久性测试系统

功能参数:
→采用道面模拟材料,测试飞机起落滑行时轮胎对跑道道面冲击荷载,分析道面力学性能变化状况,评估飞机跑道服役安全期。
→对道面坑洼凹槽裂纹划痕等摩擦冲击损毁状况进行评估,为道面修复提供参考数据。
→飞机轮对跑道交变冲击荷载耐久性测试系统由四部分组成:垂向交变加载系统,水平交变加载系统,数据采集处理测控系统,荷载耐久性测试台架系统。
→垂向交变加载系统荷载±100kN。
→垂向交变加载伺服液压缸行程±150mm。
→垂向交变加载速度容量:0.05~300 mm/min内允许最大荷载,300~500 mm/min内允许1/4最大荷载。
→水平交变加载系统荷载±10kN。
→水平交变加载往复行程±500mm。
→水平交变加载速度容量0~48m/min。
→荷载耐久性测试道面尺寸LWH≈2500x1500x900mm。
→荷载耐久性测试飞机轮直径≤¢851mm(可定制¢1168mm)。
→荷载耐久性测试台架LWH≈4000x2100x3000mm。
→飞机轮对跑道交变冲击荷载耐久性测试系统总功率≈20kW, ~380V±10% 50Hz(须可靠接地)。
→HRJ-Test耐久性试验数据采集处理测控系统。
